Over the past few weeks we haven't really heard much from Lee over a Peter & Paul in regards to the summer internship we had previously discussed, and we have become increasingly worried about what is going to happen over summer. We thought it would be best to send him an email just as a reminder but to also find out the details of it all.

Hi Lee,
Sam and I were wondering if there were any updates with summer plans. We're both out of tenancy in June and just need confirmation or some idea of what's happening so that we know what our plans are come the end of June. It's getting to that time of year where we need to get everything sorted and are just worrying that we're not making any other plans come summer.

Me plan was to get you in for an interview (basically a formality as we’ll defo have you both in) after you’ve hand everything in and then sort a time for you to come in.
I was imagining that we’d have you in during May / June.
When are you handing in and all finished?
So you couldn’t be near after your tenancy is up, no?

Our plans originally were to look at a short term lease in Sheffield depending on the duration of our time. So we were just looking for some sort details so we know whether to look for digs in Sheff.
Our final hand in is 22nd May and End of Year Show is 12th June

All of our work will be completed by the 12th June,
However I am contracted to work 2 evening a week at the uni up until the the end of June, which means I am available to come over for an interview and what not, but can't begin properly until the first full week in July.
Yeah, that's why we (mainly me) have been a little worried concerning plans after uni.
Ideally we just need a rough estimate of how long we're in Sheffield for and if it's paid.

I get it. You’re in a situation where that may not work for you, but that’s what we tend to offer interns.
It was the same when 'I were a lad'. But I was lucky and stayed at me girlfriends mums house and trained in from Nottingham (to another agency in Sheffield many moons back).
How is the signage project coming?
